Chemlon® 109 HBK778 is now available with increased low-temperature impact strength and enhanced cold-weather performance for injection molded applications.

Product Highlights:

• Nylon 6/6

• Notched Izod impact strength of 18 kJ/m2 at  -40°C

• Flexural strength of 52 MPa

Product Recommendations:

• Automotive applications such as fuel can nozzles and fasteners

• Industrial parts like cable ties, conveyor belt parts, and living hinges

• Other parts requiring good flow properties and toughness to withstand stresses of assembly and end use
